Future To-Do list

Relationships:
1. Modeling immediate feedback is something that I will make a priority.  I will use a variety of feedback methods as common practice throughout the year. Those will include on the spot verbal praise or in staff meetings, emails, small notes, school social media postings, as well as personal meetings.
2. As a principal I need to clearly identify the purpose behind everything that I or the school is doing. This also needs to be clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
3.

Staff Professional Development:
1. Create a Key indicator list as an accountability measure for building or district wide initiativesAs a principal key indicators should be part of the conversations that we are having with teachers throughout the year
2. I want to empower my staff to take ownership of their work place and to lead the charge in professional learning and student achievement.
3.As a principal I will continually work to build and maintain a healthy leadership team that represents and is respected by the staff.
4. Give staff time build into the day for collaboration
5.

Data Driven Culture:
1. As a Principal it is essential to be involved in the collecting, interpreting, and implementing data driven programs
2. Establish a group of “date facilitators” for the school.  These are trained staff members that understand how data can be used to inform instructional changes in the classroom.
3. Use "Data Facilitators" to create systems and procedures that guide content or grade level team data analysis meetings.
