Vision

School Culture:
1. One of my top priorities as a principle will be to create a school culture that celebrates staff successes and highlights teachers working collaboratively in any capacity.
2. I want to empower my staff to take ownership of their work place and to lead the charge in professional learning and student achievement.

Staff Development:
1. The vision of a well-informed leadership team is vital in making sure that the staff is working collaboratively toward student achievement. 
 2.  Create a meaningful system with efficient procedures that hold staff members accountable to each other and students.Empowering staff members to take the lead on important programs will help create a culture of data and accountability.


Student, Parent and Community involvement: 
1. Create opportunities for parents, professionals, community organization and businesses to be part of the students experience both in and outside the classroom.
